QBIT Investment Fund, LP

The Fund was established in mid 2009. Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc. is the limited partner and NEL Resources, Inc. is the general partner. The fund assets are owned 90% by the limted partner and 10% of by the general partner. The Fund is managed by the general partner.

The limited partner is the issuer of QBII shares. The limited partner contributed 2,499,284,662 QBII shares to the Fund. This raised the issued QBII shares to the authorized limit of 2,500,000,000. QBII share information is available on the issuer's website.
