QBIT Fund assets are owned 90% by the limted partners and 10% of by the general partner. QBIT Fund is managed and controlled exclusively by the general partner.

Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc. is the issuer of QBII shares. Quantum Bit contributed 2,499,284,662 QBII shares to QBIT Fund for its limited partnership interest.
